    Hello. It’s Belinda.

I hope you had a good week.

I took a few extra days off after Memorial Day weekend. My roommate made me.

So I didn’t have much time to work on this special “party photos” blog.

In case you missed it, last week I asked everyone to send photos of rabbits and other small roommates celebrating “special occasions.”

And boy did you send some good ones.

So because I’m working a “short week” and I want to do a good job on this blog, I’m breaking it into two parts.

    I hope you don’t mind.

    Part 1 is today.

First up is my friend JJ.

JJ’s roommate Danielle A. sent me this “festive” portrait.

As you can see, they set up a red, white and blue theme for Memorial Day.

“Way to go” to JJ and Danielle. Thanks for sending this special holiday photo to me for my blog.

Here’s another fancy holiday portrait. This time featuring two “Easter bunnies” posing with a “batch” of colorful eggs.

That’s right. Ollie and Alice hid those eggs all over the house for their roommate, Renee, to find.

Just kidding. Renee set up the “theme.”

    But it’s fun to pretend.

What is rescue bunny Mimi doing?

Nobody knows for sure. But she’s perched on top of her feeding gizmo and I think she’s just in “high spirits.”

Note her friend on the right encouraging her. A bad influence in my opinion.

I’m just teasing. Looks like a fun place and I’m so glad that roommate Kate A. sent this photo.

This photo of Snowflake the guinea pig could be a “promo” for a resort.

See those green banners hanging down? They have those on “bungalows” in Tahiti.

I saw it in a movie.

Good for you, Snowflake. I hope you had fun on your tropical vacation.

A big thanks to roommate Naomi A. for sharing this special photo.

    Last but not least.

This is a very precious party photo of Wilhelmina at her 13th birthday celebration last year.

If that were my cake I would “dive right in.” But Wilhelmina took a moment to pose nicely first.

The birthday girl lives with her roommate Claire S. in Cleveland, Ohio. I’m in western Pennsylvania so all I can say is “Hi neighbor.”

I hope you enjoyed seeing this and all the fun photos in today’s blog.

Be sure to check back next week for more.

Have one to share? Send it to belinda@smallpetselect.com or post it in the comments on the Small Pet Select Facebook page.

Thanks for your support. It means the world to me.

    Sincerely,

    Belinda
