Thank you for purchasing a Treadmill pet exercise wheel! This wheel operates with ball bearings and a cartridge, which need to be kept clean of debris to operate properly.
The hardware will wear over time, depending on the usage of the wheel and the environment in which the wheel is used. The customer is responsible for the maintenance of the wheel. We recommend that you disassemble the wheel and hardware every 4-6 weeks to clean any debris and ensure the hardware is clean and dry. The ball bearings or cartridge may need to be replaced every 6-12 months, depending on use. View our assembly video on the Exotic Nutrition YouTube channel. There’s also a small screw attached to the nut (Step 3 below) that may need to be tightened with a small flat head screwdriver.
Warranty
This product includes a 60-day limited warranty, which covers any defects in material or workmanship, or defects that occur during normal use of the wheel. If a defect is detected, the customer is responsible for contacting Exotic Nutrition within 60-days of purchase. Exotic Nutrition will either provide replacement parts, repair the product, or replace the entire wheel, depending on the circumstance. A replacement product or parts do not renew the warranty period.
If your hardware is defective, we offer free replacement hardware within 120 days of purchase. If the wheel falls outside of the warranty period, replacement ball bearings or cartridge hardware is offered on our website, exoticnutrition.com.
Do I need to return a defective wheel?
Most times, replacement hardware will correct any issues, and you can easily install it yourself. If we require the wheel to be returned, we can supply you with a return shipping label. Once we repair it, we will ship the wheel back to you at no cost.

To obtain warranty service, you must first contact Exotic Nutrition customer support by email: sales@exoticnutrition.com to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you. When contacting us, please reference your Exotic Nutrition order number or provide a copy of your order receipt.
