Last week I asked you to send photos of your favorite Halloween costumes and decorations.
As usual you really “knocked it out of the park.”
By the way my roommate just yelled down the steps to me. Asking me if this blog is ready for her to “type up.”
No it’s not ready. And I don’t like to be rushed.
She’s going away for the weekend so I have to get this done early.
Anyway enough about that.
It’s time to enjoy your spooky and fun photos.
First up is a fun photo of Abigail. “From the archives.”
Watch out for those bats Abigail. They like to swoop around your ears.
If Bean, Olive and Bambi said “Trick or treat” at my door, I’d lead them straight to my stash. They look like they know how to enjoy a hay party.

There’s a new sheriff in town and his name is Luke.
You can tell he’s “the law” because of his hat.
Cookie and Cream are enjoying a little Halloween “snack o lantern” filled with delicious forage. That makes it a decoration, a toy and a treat all in one.
I hope Santa is listening.
When your roommate is a big fan of pumpkin spice, you dress up in their favorite “theme.”
At least that’s what Hula did.
Moose is posing as a banana. You can tell from the costume.
It’s his favorite treat.
I have a question for Curtis.

I know it’s not professional for me to say that. But this blog is just for fun.
Thunder would like you to know he’s not a fan of large purple spiders.
His roommate says he’s a super sweet guy so it makes sense that on Halloween he turns into a bag of Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups.
Jefferson is taking a break from decorating to “sit for a spell.”
See what I did there.
I don’t know where Princess Velvet found that black pumpkin but they are “winning by twinning.” Excellent work Princess Velvet.
Coco and Toffee went to a Halloween photo shoot at Red Door Shelter in Chicago.
They dressed Coco as “Sally” and Toffee as “Jack Skellington” from Nightmare before Christmas.
They look like movie stars in my opinion.
Speaking of skeletons. Thank you Lucky for sending this photo of your roommate and you in spooky matching costumes.
Do you see what I see?
Mousie, Dainty and Sweet Potato are brewing up a little “double, double, toil and trouble.”
These sisters were born on Halloween so they are experts at the whole thing.
Last but not least is SnowBella. Here’s what she wrote in her email to me:
“Like you I don’t have any money so I have to make a Halloween costume out of what I have in my home.
I’m wearing my favorite foraging mat that gets filled with Belinda’s Blend every day by ‘my roommate.’ If you look you can see some of the leftovers in the mat.”
Now that’s what I call a good Halloween costume.
Easy to put on, easy to shake off, and filled with tasty herbs and flowers.
My roommate just yelled down to me again. I have to go.
